Product Price
Product prices are displayed on each product page. All prices are shown in Japanese yen unless otherwise stated.
Additional Fees

Payment Methods
We accept credit card payments and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers such as Stripe.
Payment Timing
Payment is completed at the time of order confirmation. For credit card payments, the actual withdrawal date depends on the customer’s card issuer.
Delivery Timing
Orders are usually shipped within 3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery time may vary depending on the destination, shipping method, weather conditions, customs procedures, and courier delays.
Shipping Area
We currently ship to addresses within Japan. International shipping may be available upon request, depending on the destination country and applicable import regulations.
Returns and Cancellations
Due to the nature of food products, we generally do not accept returns or cancellations after an order has been confirmed.
Returns or exchanges may be accepted only if the product is defective, damaged during delivery, or different from the item ordered.
Defective or Damaged Products
If the product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days after delivery.
Please include your order number, photos of the product, and a description of the issue. After confirmation, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution.
Important Notice About Honey
Honey must not be given to infants under 1 year old.
Consumption of honey by infants under 1 year old is prohibited because it may cause infant botulism.
Customers are responsible for reading product information, ingredients, storage instructions, and warnings before purchase and consumption.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for checking any import restrictions, customs rules, and food regulations in their country before placing an international order or carrying the product overseas.
