Delivery Timing
Orders are usually shipped within 3 business days after payment confirmation.

Opened Products
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for opened, used, or partially consumed products.

Defective or Damaged Products
If the product arrives damaged, defective, or different from the item ordered, please contact us within 7 days after delivery.

Please include your order number, photos of the product, photos of the package, and a description of the issue.

After confirmation, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution.

Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible.

The time required for the refund to appear in your account depends on the payment provider or card issuer.

Natural Product Notice
Honey is a natural product. Color, texture, flavor, aroma, and crystallization may vary depending on flowers, season, temperature, and storage conditions.

Natural honey may crystallize over time. This is normal and does not indicate spoilage.

Important Notice About Honey
Honey must not be given to infants under 1 year old.

Consumption of honey by infants under 1 year old is prohibited because it may cause infant botulism.
